Upon completing your order, you will be asked to confirm the order details and the accuracy of the information you have provided. Providing all requested details is a prerequisite for efficient and error-free order processing. Therefore, it is essential to ensure all details are submitted accurately. Your details will be updated according to the information provided in the online order form on the website. Once all required product purchase details are submitted, it will be considered an order (hereinafter: "the Order"). Upon receipt of the order, the website will verify your credit card details. Only after approval from the credit card company and/or after receiving approval from PayPal, as explained below, will the transaction be confirmed, and a final order confirmation issued. You will be charged for the product via your credit card and/or PayPal account, as explained below, subject to product availability in the company's and the website's inventory. The details you provide in the order form will serve as conclusive evidence of the correctness of the operations.

Method of Payment for the Order

Payment for products can be made via credit card or through an "electronic wallet" service, such as PayPal (WWW.PAYPAL.COM), or any similar service made available on the website from time to time at the discretion of the website management. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be asked to provide your credit card details, identification number, card type, and expiration date. If you choose to pay via PayPal, the company will only collect payment for the products after receiving approval from PayPal. The use and approval process through PayPal are subject to PayPal's terms of use. The website management reserves the right to discontinue the use of any payment method on the website, to permit the use of additional payment methods, and to apply different payment arrangements for various credit card types or other payment methods honored by the website management. After entering your payment details in the online order form, you will receive an email confirmation that your order details have been received. Please note that this confirmation does not obligate the website management to supply the ordered products; it merely indicates that your order details have been successfully recorded by the website management. Immediately after the order is placed, the website management will verify the payment method you used. A suitable notification will be issued to confirm the order, and your account will be charged for the service cost. Should the transaction not be approved by the credit card company, PayPal account, or any other payment method available at that time, you will receive a corresponding notification. The website management will then contact you to finalize or cancel the transaction. Confirmation of the purchase transaction is contingent upon the purchased product being in stock at the requested delivery time and/or at the time of order. If the product is not explicitly marked as out of stock and has not been removed from the website by the time the order is placed, the website management will not be obligated, provided that the website management refunds any amount paid to the customer, if applicable, and/or cancels the charge made for the purchase. It is clarified that there may be situations where, despite an item being shown as in stock on the website, it is actually unavailable and cannot be supplied. The shipping date will be determined from the day the transaction is approved by the credit card company or upon approval from the PayPal account or any other approved electronic wallet service. Supply and Transportation of Products

Product delivery by the website will only occur after receiving payment approval from the credit card company and/or from the PayPal account, meaning the product has been paid for, as detailed above. The product will be delivered to the address you entered and/or provided when placing the order via the online form. The website is committed to delivering the goods within the specified delivery timeframe to the requested destination and will make every effort to ensure the product arrives quickly. The website management will make every effort to deliver the products promptly: within 14 business days from the date of order receipt and approval if sent via registered mail, and within 3 business days if sent via courier. Product delivery times are calculated based on business days only (Sunday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays). Deliveries handled by the shipping company on behalf of the website management are subject to the shipping company's terms, its distribution areas, and require prior coordination with the order recipient. Should the shipping company be unable to deliver to the shipping address for any reason, the website management will inform you and work to find an alternative solution agreeable to both parties. In cases where products are delivered via Israel Post to the shipping address you provided when placing the order, the products will be dispatched subject to Israel Post's delivery times, which are beyond the control of the website management and/or suppliers. The delivery times stated on the website and above do not apply to products that are out of stock on the website and/or from the relevant supplier. Shipments are carried out by a courier company, which will perform the transportation of the products. The terms of the courier company will be binding on the customer. Shipping Fees: In addition to the price of the ordered products, you will be charged shipping fees. The amount of the shipping fees will be displayed at the end of the ordering process, according to the shipping method you selected, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees will be paid along with the payment for the product. For installment sales via credit card and/or PayPal account, the website may collect the shipping fees with the first payment. The website will not be responsible for any delay, postponement, or non-delivery of products caused by any of the following reasons:
  • Force majeure: Including, but not limited to, war, military operations, emergency operations, natural disasters, or events beyond the website's control, such as general economic strikes and shutdowns, or issues with suppliers of services or goods essential for product manufacturing, supply, or transportation.
  • Any reason not within the control of the website and/or the company.
  • A reason related to the delivery operator.

You must immediately notify the website if your product is not delivered within the specified delivery period. In such a case, the new delivery time will be calculated from the date a new delivery time is coordinated. Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date details. If products are returned to the company due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees.

Cancellation of Purchase by the Customer

You may cancel a transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and its enacted regulations. Without derogating from the foregoing:
  • Cancellations must be made via written notice to the email address fbnoffice@gmail.com or by calling 054-6636884.
  • Cancellation of a transaction by the customer will not be possible for the purchase of certain items as detailed in sub-section 14c(d) of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • Cancellation of the transaction by the customer is contingent on the product being returned, to the extent reasonable or possible, in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your cancellation notice, the amount you paid for the product will be refunded, less a cancellation fee. This fee (shipping costs are not part of the product price and will be deducted separately from the refund) will be 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. Additional provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding customer cancellations, including the obligation to return the product, will also apply.

Cancellation of Purchase by the Company

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, for any reason, and at any time, to cancel or discontinue a transaction and/or sale and/or cancel an order, in whole or in part, and/or the website's activity, in whole or in part. Notice of such cancellation or discontinuation will be provided to the user or customer. The company will refrain from charging your credit card or will refund any amount already paid for the products, if applicable. Except for the refund of the transaction amount as stated, the user or customer will have no claim, demand, and/or lawsuit against the company and/or the supplier due to the cancellation of the transaction as stated in this section. Confidentiality and Privacy

All your personal details (name, email, etc.) will be stored in the Company's databases. The Company will not transfer your personal details to any other entity except to suppliers, as needed, and only for the purpose of completing a transaction. The Company will not make any use of your payment method details except for processing payment for a transaction you wished to conduct, and these details will not be transferred to any other entity except for this purpose. In the event of any dispute, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa (Magistrate's Court or District Court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The law applicable to the use of the website, to the order, and to these regulations, including their interpretation and enforcement, is Israeli law only.
